VINYL DECKING

Over 35 years experience in the decking/railing and coating industry. We have set a lot of the vinyl membrane decking standards in practice today. Different products and installation procedures come and go in the decking industry but after working with almost all the decking products out there we have decided to install only the best along with the best workmanship and installation procedures. All our products go through the highest testing standards in the vinyl membrane industry. This ensures our customer receives the best possible product for the application with the best-written industry warranty available preventing premature product failure. With Edmonton harsh climates both dry and extreme cold one needs to install the right products and workmanship for maximum low maintenance product life. Many of good quality products have failed due to poor workmanship.

POLYURETHANE COATINGS

Although polyurethane products have been around for many years it is fairly new to the decking industry. Most widely known for truck box liners among many other applications. We use a trowel on application which eliminates all the over spray and larger equipment required for the application. This a seamless product both flexible and very resilient to temperature changes and heavy traffic. Unlike epoxy urethane does not crack which makes for a superior application for outdoor concrete patios, walkways or roof top patios both wood or concrete. Comes in a variety of colors and both smooth or grip textured suitable for almost any clean wood or concrete surface. Easy to change colors during its life cycle without having to strip down to the base whether concrete or wood. Water is used as the catalyst and as far as urethanes go in today's market place by far the most eco-friendly.

ALUMINIUM PRODUCTS AND RAILINGS

All our aluminum products are custom welded, powder coated and come in a variety of colors. Our glass and picket railings come in a variety of colors both for the frame and the glass and are engineered for all residential and commercial applications. Many profiles/designs are available. We use only the best Alberta made aluminum products along with the most current installation techniques for each application. No DIY box store product without warranty or engineering sold by us. Some of the products we supply and install are spiral staircases, stair stringers, prefab staircases, wind wall/privacy dividers, wall mount hand rails, handicap ramps, and gates. All products are made both to meet the building code and suit the customers application. If you can supply a picture or drawing & dimensions we can manufacture it.

From the ground up or deck resurfacing we have been providing low maintenance solutions for all our customers both residential and commercial. Although some situations require engineering we have found that thru experience in the field we have been able to provide cost effective solutions to most decking/ building envelope issues.

OTHER SERVICES

We provide services such as eavestrough cleaning, siding replacement, patio doors, stucco repairs, Deck support post replacement, screw pilings, post & beam capping, fascia and soffits, and building envelope repairs in conjunction with the decking work. Most commercial jobs require a zoom boom or articulating lift rental which allows us to incorporate this type of work at a cost savings to the condo board and property mgmt firms as there is no need to double up on equipment rental cost or job coordination.
